Shop RTA Cabinets Complaints and Scam - Frank Lamark

Unread postby OnlineScamSurvivor » Tue Jul 21, 2015 7:35 pm

A warning that there's a company out there called Shop RTA Cabinets being run by a guy named Frank Lamark who is ripping people off by taking their kitchen cabinet orders, then cashing their checks and money orders and NOT sending their cabinets, we're talking over $6000.00 in some cases! The Illinois State Attorney has filed suit against Shop RTA Cabinets and Frank Lamark.

:o There's also tons of unresolved Shop RTA complaints at the Chicago area Better Business bureau (BBB).

Also found a site called People Ferret: Frank Lamark and Shop RTA Cabinets that located already available public information (Google) with links to more of what he's doing with other company names, his negative reviews, using UPS Store drop boxes, customer complaints, writing his own positive reviews and testimonials, running 1-800 call box recorded messages and other stuff.

If you're been scammed by Shop RTA Cabinets or Frank Lamark I read that you need to contact your State Attorney General and file a complaint against Shop RTA Cabinets

Yea, be very careful with your online purchases and always Google the company name, owner name and include the word "complaint" or "scam" in there somewhere so you can find out what other people are going through or discussing "before" you ever place your order.

OnlineScamSurvivor,

Your post was moved here, as we deal only with online scams where the products are completely fictitious, not actual brick and mortar real businesses. All victims should contact their local police department and file a complaint, in addition to letting their local state consumer complaint office know about their scam.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

Sorry (a newbie), somehow I messed some URL's in the post above and could not locate a way to edit my post (?). The first corrected URL and link is: suit against Shop RTA Cabinets and Frank Lamark. The second one is: Frank Lamark and Shop RTA Cabinets

If admin needs (or can) fix the top post then delete this one that'll be great too.

It doesn't matter, OnlineScamSurvivor, as this report will remain in this section and unsearchable by search engines as we do not deal with these matters on our forum.
