Posted on behalf of the victim:

I want to report a non-delivery scam with a potential stolen business
identity

I am the owner of an import/export company and I got scammed by scammers
claiming to be a Danish company (valid registration/VAT in Denmark,
address in Odense, Denmark, phone number in Denmark).
I paid for goods but never got them. However, they introduced fake
freight forwarder
The said company is fully operated by scammers and they gave me fake
invoices/fake shipping documents through their fake freight forwarder

I finally realized that information in their website doesn't match
legitimate company public records.
Website: www. jasminfoodaps.com
Freight forwarder website : www. dream-logis.com
contact: Emmanuel Wales info.jasminfoodaps@gmail.com /
info@jasminfoodaps.com / +45 36 98 77 57 (claimed to be Emmanuel Wales)
Contact: Emmanuel Wales (also flagged with the following email
info.asperderson@gmail.com)

Scam confirmed by Danish police after contacting them

Indeed, there is a legally registered company in Denmark named Jasmin Food ApS and their location is the same as the one mentioned on the fake website. The problem is the real company doesn't use a website and their phone number is not a geographic number that can be used anywhere in the world.

The real company was created in 2011. The fake one is active since June 2018.
