If it's a bank it only opened in February of this year, with a one year registration. NOT typical of a bank.
Please post all information on how you ran across this bank, is it a romance scam?

You can post pictures and documents, using upload attachments tab below the white box.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.

First of all stop all contact with the scammer and everyone else involved in the scam.
Please expect an email from our administrator or or moderator in a few hours, firefly or Big Al, asking for more information.

Yes, firefly or big al will contact you today sometime before noon. It is almost 6am here now.
You can email with them and send the attachment that way. Please be patient, and be sure not to tell any of the scammers that you know they are scammers or that you have reported them here.

Yes it is 100% scam.

How it works:

You met someone online. As a sign of trust, he shares with you his login details for his bank account. After you see his account on this fake website, he asks for your help to recover a payment allegedly received from one of his contractors. He may show you his bogus bank account before asking for money, and you see his bank account because he want to prove you he has enough resources the repay the amount he is asking for.

The bank is fake. His bank account on that bank is fake as well. He is fake. The picture he uses is stolen. The name and the identity he uses are fake.

The only real part is the money you will lose while trying to help him.

According to their fake website, they shows being active "Since 1990".
