The fake site claims to be HCBC International.

Another stolen website and another bank impersonated in advance fee fraud: The Citizens Bank.

As in all the previous cases, the only contribution of the faker maker are the registering and login pages built for victims to file their details and check bogus bank accounts ,after paying the "activation fee".
