Unread postby tmm8971934 » Thu Nov 15, 2018 6:38 am

Hello ScamSurvivors,

We are import company from China, we are now signing the contract with Company named "ACEITE Y PALMA ALIMENTOS DEL ECUADOR ACEYPAL S.A.". Everything is going well, the contract looks formal, includes Photo ID (Passport) of the seller.

However, until today I saw the seller's name from this Website, I'm getting confused.

the Seller's name is vazquez guerrero Juan, to protect privacy, I don't want to upload Mr Juan's photo here, unless we can 100% make sure he is a scammer.

I find Mr Juan's name from the following links, the photo is matching.
Please help me to Judge is this a swindle or not?

search.php

Thank you!

Without more information about the company you are working with I can not be totally sure.

All I can tell you is that the name has been used to commit fraud through a similar business.

The scammer posted on our site does business non-delivery frauds.

Can you post a link to the companies website?
E-mail address?
Phone number?

Thanks.

The website isn't under construction, it's for sale. If that's the website they gave you, they're lying to you.

They said their website is under construction

That is a lie - aceypal.com is not a registered domain name. Meaning there is no site. The "company" has no online presence, except a LinkedIn profile of "Juan Vázquez C.E.O en ACEYPAL S,A.", with zero contacts.

There might be a real company with that name in Ecuador, not using a website, and being impersonated by fraudsters on trade markets online.

At this stage, based on the details you provided, it is not possible for us to say if you are dealing with a fraudster or not.

They agreed to allowed me to inspect the loading process, but the 30% TT deposit still need to be paid before the loading. 70% will be L/C.
and they invite me to have a meet in Ecuador.

This is another red flag: no real company will force a potential client to pay in advance for a product as a condition for a meeting or for visiting the company offering that product.

Please use all the legal ways you can to check if your distributor is real. Check the company with the Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce or with your local Chamber of Commerce before making any payment. If the checks lead to contact details of a company with the same name, try to contact them using those details and not only the ones you received from the person you are dealing with, after finding their posts on trade sites.
Help yourself by helping others - report your scammer here.
Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.

I find Mr Juan's name from the following links, the photo is matching.
This is our old pal that we exposed before. WAZERCO.

please search "vazquez guerrero juan" in the link, and you will find the result

Same fake name used. Too much of a co-incidence for me to say he is anything but a scammer. Given this and all the other lies above he has already told. However please send us all the information you have from the scammer.

Do not send him any money. Do not reply to any more emails from him or any associates writing. Drop him cold without a single word more.

Please forward Big Al all emails from the scammer, any documents attached, photos, ID cards he sent, more phone numbers used?, everything you have that he has sent to you.
If you have any links to his online ads for products that he has sent to you, please send those too.
If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.
