Registration: All interested companies that want to bid for a contract must be registered as one of our contractor/suppliers with an amount of US$1,250 (or in the currency of your quote if different from US dollar); to cover registration cost: this payment should be made through the consulting agent prior to the supplier submission of biding documents.
Tax: Every Tenderer that wins contract may be under obligation to pay government taxes where needed.
Payment Terms: Every contract winners receive 70% as advance payment while 30% against receipt of photocopy of shipping documents.

AGENT COMMISSION:
All our agent are entitled to a 2% commission of the total supplier invoice/contract value,this amount is payable to the agent by the supplier only and when the supplier receives full 100% payment from the Procurement Board (the buyer).

Application For Registration Fee
All interested companies/ Suppliers that want to bid for a contract bidding supply must be registered legitimately In accordance by the procurement law and procedures with African Program Procurement Authority as non official residential contractor/suppliers with an amount of EURO €:2,050 ( Two Thousand and Fifty Euro) or in the currency of your quote if different from EURO € to cover registration cost: Please Note in accordance with our internal procurement policy this registration payment shall be made available through the bidding company consulting agent or representative agent official company account or any other means of payment agreement understandable by both parties prior to the supplier submission of biding documents.
In accordance with our internal procurement policy Bidding companies/ supplier / Manufactures/ Individuals shall note that or purposes of accountability and transparency the procurement Authority does not receive money directly from the suppliers and contractors,all payment and levies are paid to this office through the accredited local agent representing the supplier on the bid, they are mandated to received it, You are advised to make every correspondence on such payment and levies receipt available to the Tender committee. .
Tender Requirements /Fee
Bidders/Suppliers should tender the following bidding documents to the contract awarding committee of (AFPPA). Also Note that Tender Document Submission attracts a Fee of €450 ( Four Hundred and Fifty Euro).
A brief Letter of introduction/Intents of your company to the Contract Awarding Committee of the (AFPPA).
Quotation or Proforma Invoice showing the Unit Cost and Total Contract Value of Goods to be supplied by the Contractor.
Photocopy of the Certificate of Company registration and/or incorporation of business name in your country.
Quality award approval/certificate of your product (photocopy), if any. A Recommendation Letter from Representative of your company here in Ghana or Commissioned Agent (if any).
A copy of valid Tax registration Number
Procedure
Seller issues FCO/Proforma Invoice to Buyer.
Buyer issues LOI to Seller.
Buyer and seller will execute contract or sign Contract Agreement here in Ghana face to face or through the Contractors Legal Attorney
Represented.
Buyer issues ICPO to seller.
Delivery is scheduled between buyer and seller.
Payment Terms
Please note that the African Program Procurement Authority(AFPPA) makes an advance payment (Mobilization fee) of 80% of the contract sum by telegraphic transfer, and/or an irrevocable L/C of 20% to be confirmed by your bank before supply.
The remaining 20% of the Contract Amount may also be paid to the Contractor/Supplier by Bank T/T instead of by Letter of Credit in-case opening of such Credits poses any problem to the Supplier. This can be negotiated by the Supplier and the Board. Payment will be made by Buyers designated Bank.
Submission Of Bidding Documents/Tender
The Bidding Documents/Tenders should be submitted to the Contract Awarding Committee of the (AFPPA) by the Supplier/Bidder not later than 24 hours before the closing date, with a Tender Registration Application Fee as approved by the (AFPPA) if the contract is awarded to a company. Tenders document sent through adobe acrobat PDF or jpeg will be accepted as original.
All Tenders may be submitted in a Booklet, Envelop sealed marked tender for the supply of; to The African Program Procurement Authority (AFPPA) office by the Supplier direct, online or through their Local Agent/Representative.
