Dear sir,

The federal government of Nigeria apologized for the late response we
received from the united nations on the resolution reached at the
19th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting (ONOMM) , held via
videoconference, concluded on Sunday 18 July 2021 in which your
payment with the Nigeria government was absorbed into OPEC budget
for immediate release to you with Accrued Interest of
USD$2,500,000.00 as compensation through OPEC premium reserve
account to avoid taxes.

I am pleased to advise you as Secretary of the Federal Government of
Nigeria that the opec Bank here in Nigeria has been given all
financial powers to transfer your Payment to you under the Foreign
Payment Policy put in place by international monetary fund and united
Nations to enhance compensation scheme to all our foreign
beneficiaries with outstanding overdue payment from Nigeria.

To avoid plagiarism, we implore you to reply with detail of your
principal payment ( sum and file number) your current utility
bill. Your principal payment sum and the accrued interest is valid
for payment at this last quarter of the year thus we humble implore
you to comply with the statutory obligation to receive your payment on
time as any delay on your part might cause cancel or return the funds
to the OPEC treasury. The Office of the Vice President of Nigeria, has
informed me to contact you and inform you of the urgency of this
payment.

Sir, it is a pity that we are in a society where it is always very
difficult to differentiate between fallacy from reality, there are so
many social miscreants in our system who can impersonate anyone to
extort funds from foreigners on the pretext that they are Real
Nigerian government officials hence the taking over of your payment by
the opec/
There is no way you are going to ignore the directive of opec
payment advice during this pivotal period as this nation is facing
intense economic pressure orchestrated by the current global Covid-19
pandemic that is devastating the entire world.

Please note that the opec banker will make your payment in good
practices through a mode of payment that embrace your country policy
on incoming fund.
Stop every other communication with any official accept the opec bank.
