set in motion the conclusion with a bank in America to perfect the

to admit to receive this payment by online payment with ATM card us

Thanks for your quick reply, please note the following terms for the
release of the payment, the usd13.7 million shall be released through
a checking account and on an online bases, the eu and the Paris and
London clubs had already concluded the issue of online checking
account by ATM with these banks, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Merri gold, the
funds shall be remitted as follows, usd5,000.000 usd5,000.000 usd3.7
million you will have to indicate how these banks shall remit to your
person in the other of preference, note very carefully that the issue
shall be resolved within 30 days as you comply, i wait your full
details so that we could start.
