You are not serious.... You could have told me that you don;t have the
fee and i will help you. It is not a crime to be poor.

I tried to speak with you and your telephone line is not responding.
USPS told me that there must be evidence of payment either by regular
mail or other means. Nothing to prove that you send the fee and the
receiver is not liable for any loss because NO EVIDENCE TO SHOW THAT
YOU SEND THE FEE TO HIM. You could have informed me that you don't
have the fee, i will help you.

I have been worried, i called, send text massage and send emails but
no reply. If you are truly alive and sound, please respond back to me
