Loan scam.

Unsolicited email received:

We the WALL STREET FINANCIAL PLANNERS INC, invite you to partner with us and benefit in our new Loan and Partnership Project funding program. We offer flexible loans and funding for various projects bypassing the usual rigorous procedures.

This Funding program allows a client to enjoy low interest payback for as low as 3% annually for a period of 5-10 years. We can approve a loan/funding from 1 Million to 10 Billion USD. Or more depending on the nature of business. We are currently funding for:

* Starting up a Franchise
* Business Acquisition
* Business Expansion
* Commercial Real Estate purchase
* Contract Execution
* Oil & Gas/General Business

We also pay 1% commission to brokers, who introduce project owners for finance or other opportunities.

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
