The fake supplier claims to be a company named Universe Medics, using a fraudulent website active from the domain name universemedics.com.

From the fake website:

Universe Medics is an acronym of African Medical Systems. We specialise in the sales of affordable hospital equipment in an effort to equip under privileged health institutions in the African continent with the most advanced medical equipment through our successful rent-to-own scheme.Our company has been in operation for the past 11 years and we were among the pioneers of the concept of professionally handled patient transfers in Central Africa; During this period we have managed to claim a substantial percentage of the market share for medical equipment sales, and till very recently we were the only company to effectively transfer patients from central African countries through to South Africa for medical reasons.

Thank you for the update and from our understanding you have been to the bank but maybe using the wrong method of payment.
You have to inform the bank that you want to do a TT Bank transfer which is normally called ( Telegraphic Transfer).

Because you are making international payment not local so it has to be TT Bank Tranfer.

We can also accept payment by Bitcoin.

But first check again at the bank and ask them to do international bank transfer .
