Dear Beneficiary
owing to various petitions against some Corrupt Civil Servants by
Contractors and Inheritance Beneficiaries due to years of delay in
getting their funds remitted to their nominated account, you are hereby
directed to henceforth stop sending multiple FEES to any government
officials before your Inheritance payment is credited to you.
The new Rules states that you should apply for a waiver of all the fees
and hence obtain an oath of Declaration.
