In further consideration of the required C.O.T Fee (Cost Of Transfer) referred, it hence does not authorize us to make any deduction from the principal amount as the Insurance Company mandated until the total fund is credit into beneficiaries nominated bank account.
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED THE DOCUMENT OF THE INSURANCE BOND TAKEN.
Our Forex department shall unconditionally and irrevocably release your US$4,600,000 Million USD which is already authorized to your nominated bank account above subject to receipt of the C.O.T Fee (Cost Of Transfer) of US$2,670 (Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy Dollars).
We contacted the Donor Mrs Anna Cooper and she sent to us only US$2,500 towards the US$2,670 as she mentioned that it was her only money left. We require the remaining balance of US$170 from you (the fund beneficiary) so that we may lift the hold on the fund for smooth transfer into your account.
I will advise you to use my secretary name and our branch address and send the C.O.T TRANSFER FEE of US$170. via Western Union or money gram and send me the MTCN reference number ASAP. We wish to let you know once again that we have receive the sum of US$2500 from Mrs. Rita Madine this morning and we are asking for the balance of US$170 from you so please kindly use my secretary name and send the US$170 via Western Union or money gram and send me the payment slip immediately and Our Forex department will release your wire-transfer immediately within 30mins after receipt of full remaining amount of US$170 from you as the funds beneficiary and please be also aware that this is the only fee you will have to send across for this transfer.
