Policy
Ground Fast Logistics doesn't require sign-up,opt-it,no registration necessary.The buyer is automatically enrolled
in the program ,on seller's request.
The Ground Fast Logistics verify all transaction details about the seller,vehicle,ownership documents and the ability
to sell the vehicle at the advisertised price before approves any transaction.
The Ground Fast Logistics provides protection of up to $100,000 against certain losses associated following options:
* Paying for a vehicle and never receive it .
* Paying a refundable down payment and never receive it .
* Paying for a vehicle and receive it but not being advertised,described and agreed.
1. The buyer and the seller agreed agree on the transaction terms and selling price.The seller contacts Ground Fast
Logistics with the transaction details.
2. Ground Fast Logistics approves/declines the transaction.If the transaction was succesfully approved the buyer
receives the transaction confirmation and the Payment Invoice and payment instructions(if the transaction is declined,
no further action is required from either the buyer or the seller).
3. The buyer follows instructions and sends the payment to the Ground Fast Logistics Agent designated for the
transaction.After the payment is cleared and verified by our Ground Fast Logistics Administrator on charge, it will
be secured into a non-interest bearing trust account.Payment being secured,the seller is notified that the shipping
process was started to the buyer.Ground Fast Logistics has 12 hours to contact the buyer and seller with the tracking
number of the shipment.If no trucking number is provided,a full refund is immediately sent to the buyer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The buyer should submit the payment in 48 hours from the date the Payment Invoice is
received.
If the buyer is unable to proceed with the payment as requested and agreed,he should notify Ground Fast Logistics,
and explain his reasons and mention an exact date when payment will be submitted.
Ground Fast Logistics will ship the vehicle for inspection along with the certificate of title, signed bill of sale in the
Buyer's name,all keys and all ownership documents.The vehicle is delivered along with all documentation requested
by the buyer in order to allow him to change the registraction to his name as soon as he will decide to accept it
after the inspection period will be over.
4. As soon as shipping procedure will start,the buyer should wait for the vehicle and documentation to be delivered.
The buyer receives the vehicle and has 7 business days to inspect it.The inspection period will not begin until
Ground Fast Logistics has confirmed delivery of the vehicle.
5. After the inspection period is over,the buyer contacts Ground Fast Logistics with the result of the vehicle's
inspection.If the buyer refuses the vehicle,a full refund is immediately sent to the buyer if the reason that determined
him not to keep the vehicle is found in the"Situations where an immediately refund will be sent to the
buyer" section lower detailed.The seller will have obligation to make all necessary arrangements in order to take
the vehicle from the buyer's possession in three business days.If the vehicle and documentation are as advertised,-
described and agreed,the buyer should accept it.If the buyer accepts the vehicle,the payment will be sent to the
seller within three business days.

Inspection Report
My name is Nicholas Clint, I work for Ground Fast Logistics
as a mechanic. I was assigned to inspect the with the VIN# on the
date 03/15/2019.
I can tell that I didn't find any problems on the vehicle
no mechanical or electrical issues.
The engine works perfect, starts at first key, has a nice
sound, and it is truly 327 V8 engine, which has no oil
leaks.
About exterior, the paint looks excellent, it is a beautiful
white paint, I haven't seen any scratches or damages.
Interior looks perfect, odometer shows 74,198 miles on
it.
Undercarriage is completely rust-free without any sign of
leaks.
I can rate this car 10/10 for a car at it's age.
