Glaxovet Group Of Company wish to let you know that after our extensive meeting regarding the supply, we have accepted and acknowledged your price for the product (Hydromozine Liquid), you quoted $47,000, Glaxovet Group accepts the price quote at the rate of $47,000 but with discount of 1% per 1 gallon of the material, that is $46,530 per gallon.

After the board of directors meeting regarding the supply of the material, We actually want to have a long lasting business relationship with you as we are interested in grade 1 Hydromozine Liquid only.

In this connection you have been advise to keep a sample ready for testing purpose and approval of the supply, because we are working with National Health Service (N.H.S) United Kingdom, we will send a memo to British High Commission in US to release one of the doctors delegate to come over to your destination for the testing purpose and approval of the supply. After the quality verification/examinations and approval of your material to be of the same quality with our late former supplier, he will pay for the sample 100% and we will immediately transfer 70% advance for 100 gallon into any of your bank account which you will provide for us or as per your satisfaction, the balance of 30% will be paid before delivery. Thank you so much for your email which was the Company Official Purchase Order and Terms Confirming/Approving 100 gallon materials, and the sample which you will present to the visiting delegate first upon his arrival.

As you can see, we have made a reasonable amount of progress. Please carry on with the good work and ensure that everything works out smoothly as anticipated.

Remember that you should not allow the UK Company to meet or have the contact/link of the material supplier in India, and the supplier also will not have the link of the UK company, this is the only way we can work and protect this business now and in the future. As i have earlier said, it is going to be a continuous business between us and the UK company. If you handle this first business well, the Company shall enter into a long-term agreement with you. These are the things we will discuss and agree upon immediately after this first business.

Since Hydromozine Liquid is sold for $29,000 per gallon and you are to sell to the UK company at the rate of $46,530, then we will share the profit. You must understand that the UK company has requested you to provide a sample quantity to them as proof of product for product testing, and the visiting delegate will make payment to you immediately after the sample. Please keep this in mind as you will have to obtain a sample quantity from the original manufacturer for the presentation to the visiting delegate for the material testing.

Now you are to contact the original manufacturing dealer immediately and obtain a minimum sample quantity which you will show to the visiting delegate when he comes to see you for the purchase, he will confirm the order and make payment to you after testing the product.

Hydromozine Liquid is a very sensitive product because it contains AGRO Compound, It is important that the local Manufacturer use his preservative delivery method to deliver it to avoid damage.
