quote from the shipping line before sending you an email. It is only
now I heard from them and so decided to contact you.

The shipping line has checked all related cost ranging from they being
the consignee to bring the goods to Canada under their license, the
import customs clearance fees for the goods, the VAT, the import
duties and taxes, the paperwork fees and also the local inland
transportation of the goods from the port to your address. They have
given us a total fees of $6,873.05 US for all services.

The goods are presently at the transshipment port in Singapore and
will depart immediately we complete all paperwork with the shipping
line since they have to complete arrangements for the delivery of the
goods immediately.

The delivery will be done directly to your address as per the shipping
schedule and so we must complete all paper work immediately so that we

shipping company must be in charge of the delivery because they will
bring the goods under their license, clear the customs under their
license and since the container belongs to them then they would need
to deliver the goods directly to your warehouse for security reasons.
It is a special service offered by the shipping line to help deliver
goods directly to their customers faster than normal as they prepare
all clearing papers before the arrival of the vessel. The quote I sent
to you earlier is a good one compared to other countries. Therefore I
hope you will confirm so that they can start preparing the necessary
paper work and for the goods to depart immediately from the
transshipment port without delay.
