Dear Valued Customers,
Accept greetings once again from the entire staffs of the Thai
International Shipping Lines Office and thanks for using our Company engaged in the
worldwide Sea and Air freight transportation, Inland haulage and trucking services,
Door to door delivery services, Custom declaration and clearance, Warehousing and
distribution, Transportation and insurance, as well as organizing Certificates of
Origin for our customers.
We wish to u confirm you that we have received your the final confirmation
request from Mr Natariwat Chompsak of Suphanna Charnsamrong Thailand for us to make
the delivery of all 11 x 20ft containers to the address 31137 Road 30 N, Steinbach
MR R5G 1R2 and we confirm that this has been registered on our system. Therefore we
urgently request that the Container Refundable Insurance Policy Fees should be paid
immediately to our office so that we can proceed with the final delivery of
your shipments to your address on the 28th of December 2017.
Once again the containers that was taken from our office are all Insurance
guaranteed containers and as per our company policy for direct deliveries
to consignee's address or warehouse, all customers have to pay the Container
Refundable Insurance Policy Fees which secures our containers against damage,
demurrage and detention by the consignees after delivery.
Below are the points why all customers must pay the Container Refundable Insurance
Policy Fees.
1) Damage: All containers are always expected to be returned in the same condition
as when it was picked up excluding the usual wear and tear. Damages can constitute
structural damages or aesthetical damages, e.g. scuff and scratches, paint and rust
degradation.
2) Demurrage: Demurrage is levied if full containers are not collected by customers
and remains in terminals after specific free time.
3) Detention: Detention is charged once customers have collected to empty the
containers but do not return them to the depots after specific free time.
4) Theft: There is always a higher risks of containers being stolen, damaged,
abandoned or detained for prolong period. Therefore all customers have to pay the
Containers Refundable Insurance Policy Fees to secure our containers.
The Container Refundable Insurance Policy Fees per each 20ft container is at US
Dollars Three Thousand ($3,000 US) and so the total cost for all your 11 x 20ft
containers is at US Dollars Thirty Three Thousand ($33,000. 00 US) . Take note that
these amount is 100% fully refundable to the consignee after we make delivery of the
goods and our empty containers are returned on time and also in good condition
within the containers free time of 28 days given after delivery of containers to
consignee.
We shall issue out the Container Refundable Insurance Policy Certificate once we
confirm the payments at our office. The copy will be sent to you by email as it is
with the Copy of the Container Refundable Insurance Certificate that you will need
to present plus valid identification papers (Passport of National ID card) so that
the full amount is paid back to the consignee after the return of the empty
containers.
Without the payments confirmed at our office, your consignment will not be delivered
as per our schedule. Therefore we advice you organize to make the payments at our
office immediately so that we can proceed.
