I hope you are alright. The year is coming to an end and most offices are on the verge of closing for the holidays. I am really under pressure here and i spent the better part of the days so far in Angola hence I have taking permission to work from till next week just to see off the interview here.

However, i suggest you contact MINPET urgently against Monday morning and request for new interview date like 27th/28th but all depends when our attorney will receive the funds you sent hence I'm requesting you send me the payment/transfer confirmation received from your bank to forward to him. when you do the third payment, I will then ask him to raise and deposit the $30,000 bank draft to MINPET and also submit the two bank draft copied to the admin board before my interview. lest we forget balance of $5000 according to the attached invoice so tell me how we go about it because time constrain. I was hoping to get here but logistics have cost me above.
