Dear Sir,
I am the Chairman of the newly established Special task-force on
Foreign Contract Payment Delay. This office was commissioned last
week to ensure that unnecessary delay of foreign contractors payments
is erased and payments effected without further delay.
An official instruction has been passed to the Central Bank of Nigeria
not to charge more than US$350 to the remaining contractors whose
payments were delayed.
Your name is in the list, therefore forward your request for payment
to Dr. Akins Lamberton E-mail:
akinslamberton@live.com and send
copy of your email request to me for follow up.
You are to receive your payment next day you make your request. Enough
of this delay on contractors' payments. Henceforth, disengage yourself
totally from person or group of persons intruding in your payment and
only deal directly to the mentioned officer above.
We discovered that some importers do sabotage the efforts of the
government in settling foreign contractors' debts, hence you should
stick to this directive and do not make any payment more than the
above fee.
We are sure that this Office will restore the confidence of our dear
contractors.
Accept our congratulations.
YOURS FAITHFULLY,
BEN MACULAY
