Recovery scam / identity theft.

GOOD DAY

We just want to confirm because Mr Conrad Clement.. .. came to our office this morning with some videos which did not show us clear and said that you was engaged in motor accident yesterday, so he said that your family told her to go and pay the required fee of $50 only through Bitcoin transfer payment or Apple gift card copy and then claim your fund value $25 million dollars but we do not believe her that is why we are contacting to know if it is true.

Here is the information to confirm below;
(1). Full Name:
(2).Home Address:
(3).MOBILE TELEPHONE:
(4). Age/Sex:
(5). Occupation:
(6). A copy of Identification

Note: do not bother to contact us back if you are not ready to pay the required fee and have your funds released.

Best regards
Mary Thompson
