Dear Sir, My name is Wong Liu; (Wong Liu & Co. Solicitors) in Sheung Wan City, Hong Kong. I am 51 years old, married and blessed with a child.

First, I would like to solicit your confidence in this correspondence; this is, by its nature, utterly confidential. Though I know that a transaction of this magnitude will make anyone apprehensive, I assure you that all will be well at the end of the day. I'll introduce myself to you. I am a personal adviser and special counsel to my late client Mr. Robert, who may or may not be related to you.

He travelled to China on the 28th of December 2019 on a five-week oil and gas business trip. After the successful transaction in China, he flew back to Hong Kong not knowing he had been infected with the deadly Coronavirus (COVID-19), and sadly he passed away on February 20, 2020. He left the sum of $10,950,000.00 (Ten Million, Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars) in a financial institute here in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. He specifically confided in me and told me that "no one else knows about his funds in the bank. That the fund was for a gas project. Note; here in our country's law, once anyone passes away, after five years if no relatives of the late customer come to claim the funds/assets, they'll be recycled and reported to the Central Bank where the greedy government will want to have their hands on the funds.

I solicit your consent to enable me to produce you as the next of kin to my deceased client since both of you bear the same surname. No one else knows about these funds in the bank besides me, and I strongly believe anyone will be coming to claim the funds in the Bank of Hong Kong. I promise you that if you agree to assist in claiming these funds from the Bank, we'll not bridge the law in any way because I'll be your eyes and ears backing you up with all the documents till the funds are released and transferred to you.

The funds will then be transferred to you as the beneficiary and shared according to a proposed sharing pattern/ratio of 60:40 i.e. 60% for me and 40% for you.

Regards,
Wong Liu
Attorney At Law
