Conclusion of Investigation Regarding Your Matter
Dear
Sir,
Reference to my last letter to you dated April 24th, 2024, regarding the 'Stop Order' placed on
your fund. We have carefully reviewed the issues involved and conducted our investigation into
the matter.
Our investigation revealed several key points:
1. There is no confirmation from the drug and anti-Terrorist office that your fund is not
connected to the boko haram terrorist group ravaging Nigeria.
2. No proof of payment of capital and/or inheritance tax on the fund.
3. No letter from the NFIU confirming the legality of the fund being claimed by you to clear the
fund from all incumberances.
In light of these findings, if you possess the missing documents, we ask that you forward them
for certification to Mr. Zacch Adedeji, Director of Investigation & Clearance.
However, if you do not have the missing documents in your possession, we recommend you to
contact Mr. Koko Whyte, Unit Head of Accounts/Revenue Department at the NFIU, for
assistance in obtaining them. Mr. Whyte can be reached at:-
nfiurevenuedepartment@gmail.com
Your cooperation in providing these documents will greatly assist us in resolving this matter
promptly and effectively by releasing the 'Stop Order' placed on your fund. We hopefully wait for
your compliance.

Yours in –Service
Mr. Zacch Adedeji,
Director of Investigation & Clearance,
Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
