I took this decision to contact you because of my critical health

condition. I am a throat cancer patient. I am married to late Engineer

Peter Wharton, who was a crude oil merchant and government general

contractor. He died on February 11, 2020 from Coronavirus disease, before

He died. We were married for 9 years without a child. When my late Husband

was alive He deposited the sum of US$ 5.8 million in a bank. Presently

This money is still in the bank. Now my doctor told me that I don't have

much time to live because of my throat cancer problem, Having known my

condition I decided to hand over my late Husband’s investment fund to you

to take care of the less privileged people, you will utilize the money as

I will instruct you.

I don't want my late Husband’s efforts to be used by the Government. I
grew up as an Orphan and I don't have anybody as a family member,
