NOTICE OF ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITES
Dear Sir/Ma,
Following a report by some contractors and beneficiaries of inheritance funds who are yet to receive their contract and or inheritance payment from previous government and also investigations carried out by our financial and related matters intelligence office, we here issue this notice of strong warning from the office His Excellency President Bola A. Tinubu, President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria that this present administration has only approved one agency being the Investigation & Debt Settlement Committee here in the Office of the Presidency to oversee the investigation, processing and final payment of overdue contract sums and inheritance funds alike that were not completed by previous governments.
The President made it clear and mandatory that only this agency shall be in charge of the processes of initiating and completing payment process in conjunction with any other agency or bank that they may choose to work with within Nigeria and outside to achieve success as this administration is highly committed to insuring that no contractor local or foreign is owed after long executing contract with the Government of Nigeria, this position was also clearly made known to world leaders at the just concluded World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos Switzerland were the President was represented by the Vice President of Nigeria.
By this notice, be properly informed that the government of Nigeria shall not be held liable for any lose or inability for you to have your contract or inheritance fund paid if you continue to deal with any agency or bank locally or internationally that is not recommended and coordinated by the Investigation and Debt Settlement Committee.
