This is Troy Miller Contacting you from the Border Customs and protection division, I'm contacting you regarding a package that just arrived at our custody right now with your Email on it, so provide your information so that we will hand it over to a cab or a delivering company to get it to you as soon as possible.

Google can be your best friend;use it if you have doubts about someone met online. If someone met online only asks for money, no matter what reason, it´s 100% scam.
