Buyer shall pay 6% Mineral Royalty tax and 2.5% insurance by MT 103 as pre finance
from Zambia to the final destination i.e.The seller shall provide 120% collateral in terms of gold for all the advance
payments made by the buyer. The collateral shall act as a performance bond in this transaction. The seller and buyer will
meet in Zambia to inspect the 500 kgs of gold. Should the seller default in any way as per SPA, the collateral shall be
forfeited to the buyer to do with it as the buyer wishes.
