Dear Sir,
The major reason why you have not received your out standing payment after all approvals and confirmation, is because you did not channel your claims to the appropriate quarter rather you prefer dealing with the representatives whom their primary objective is what they stand to benefit than your own personal interest. You were trying to avoid the proper charges by going through the back door.
