To anyone who has been scammed by people from the Philippines, here is the link to their country's National Police Anti Cybercrime Unit. With information such as the scammers snapchat username, screen shots of the extortion taking place, and tracking numbers if any money was sent, this group has success finding and arresting the people committing these crimes so that they cant commit them anymore.
