Pet scammers / names / Financial info, email addy's

I posted an ad on kijiji, saying I am looking for a pug for my family. A lady replied, and we kept e-mailing back and forth I got pictures of the puppy and copies of what I was led to believe was the puppies papers and everything. She then told me she was going to take the dog to the airport the next morning and then she would let me know when she had gotten home from dropping off the puppy at the airport. Shortly after I got and e-mail back from her saying all I had to do was wait for the Venture Animal Travel Agency to e-mail me back with all the details and how to pay for the puppies flight ticket.

I finally got the e-mail from them saying to go to Western Union and wire them $200 CND for the flight, and I not knowing that such a scam would happen or anything of Western Union went and paid the $200 and sent them back and e-mail with all the information to track the money and how to pick it up and such like I was told too. Well I woke up this morning to an e-mail from another pet company that is actually located in Paris France (This here made me really second guess what I had gotten myself into because the pug puppy was to be coming to me from the Virgin Islands USofA) saying suddenly the pug puppies flight insurance was invalid and I needed to contact Venture Pet Travel Agency and find out what I needed to do. I found out they wanted another $400 from me that when the puppy got here I would be full refunded in cash at my door step today when the Puppy was to get here. Well needless to say I started to worry late last night when I never got confirmation e-mails back or anything till this morning and then this. When I told them I am not paying any money at all when I was told only $200 was to be paid and my wanted proof of my puppy and this and that they stopped calling me, and e-mailing me all together.

Now this is all the information I was given by the "Venture Pet Travel Agency" as to where head quarters was and that's where money needed to go to following is the e-mail I got about payment:
