She posted on the Recycler selling AKC Yorkie for $250 in Los Angeles, but the post is very short, vague, and does not provide a picture of the puppy. If you email the seller and ask the person to send you pictures of the puppy, you'll receive pictures of two very cute Yorkies. "Christine" will then tell you to read a 2 paragraph email thoroughly, explaining that she's in the peace corps in Miami, FL. She'll continue by saying that the dogs will have to be shipped through her own carrier, and that she's willing to give them for free as well as pay the $100 registration fee for each puppy. All you have to do is pay for the shipping costs. She'll ask you to provide your address, phone number, and the nearest airport. If you respond back saying that you don't feel comfortable about the process, she'll ignore you. Here are trails of her emails:

(www.peacecorps.gov). Due to my job, we are always sent top work in

Like I told you earlier, I want the best for her and if you guarantee me that she is going to be in very good hands, then I shall let you adopt her.

I told you earlier that I work with the Peace Corps and due to my job, I was recently sent to live and work in Miami, FL and I shall be sending Nelly to you from here. I have also made some inquiries at a pet transportation agency here and I was told that it would cost $225 in order to bring Nelly over to your location. You shall also pay this delivery cost directly to the pet delivery courier agency that shall bring the puppy to your home. In order for me to send the puppies to you, I would need to register them at the delivery agency. I shall also pay $100 for their registration, feeding and pet care during transportation. I would need the following information from you before registering the puppy;

Your full names;
Your detailed home address;
Your phone numbers ( both home and mobile );
Z.I.P code;
The name of the nearest airport to your home.

As soon as all the above information is provided, I will register Nelly for her to be sent to you. I couldn't get back to you earlier because I thaught that you wanted to impose on me your own method of adopting my puppy and that is why I decided to choose my own agency that I am confident with that will deliver Nelly to your home. She is still available for adoption and if you are ready to adopt her, I can register her at the transportation agency for her to be sent to your home.

So, all that you have to do right now is to send me all the information that I asked from you so that I can be able to get her registered at the pet delivery courier service so that she can be sent to your home. I am waiting to read from you soon.

-- I haven't heard from Christine since that last email, but I started to get an email and phone calls from the "agency". The agency tried to call me through a Verizon Wireless phone, but I could barely hear the man on the other line. He sounded very robotic and got upset because I kept telling him that I couldn't hear nor understand him. So I call back the number through a telephone line. He sounds distorted and robotic still and has an accent. He asks if I received his email. I said I did not, so he tells me to check my spam mail folder. And there it was, red flagged by gmail, warning me that it may be a scam - thank you Google! Here's a copy of the email from the agency:

I ended up ignoring their calls. Then finally, I get an email from the "agency" in proper English, apologizing for the phone line and urging me to let them know when I send them a cashier's check through Western Union. After that whole fiasco, I did my research and found this post. THANK YOU! I responded back to the agency and told them to keep the dogs because I no longer want them. I also emailed Christine to tell her that I'm not comfortable following her conditions and am no longer interested in taking the puppies.

Dear,i just hope that i made the right choice for the kitten.I have receive your delivery information.Make sure you check the information again to make sure that there is no mistake because it is the data that the shipping agency will use to transport the baby.I really do hope that She will bring happiness to you and your family and that she will receive the same from your people.Now that i have the data needed from you to get the kitten transported,i will prepare her for the trip and take her to the airport for transportation and then the airport authorities shall contact you.I will sent her with all her important belongings including her health care booklet and her feeding booklet so that you should know the vaccines she have had and the vaccines to give them again and the time to give her the vaccines.The feeding booklets will tell you on her diet.


• All fruits are ok, except citric (orange, pineapple, etc)
• Leave their food to dry in their pot
• Fresh water everyday (DO NOT use tap water)
• Always leave the food and the water on the same place
• Chicken bones, sweets and condiment food are prohibited.

I will include her manual guide book on nutrition that will help you to know more on her diet and feeding.So do not be worried,everything will be included.She is coming along with all her stuffs.When i register her for the trip tomorrow morning,the transportation agency will contact you either through email or contact number and inform you everything concern her trip.they will also tell you how to pay for her flight ticket.The flight ticket will cost 130 US Dolars.When you will pay her flight ticket,they will put her on board for transportation and give you the flight details so that you should know the exact time she will arrive.I hope that now we are a family,we will keep in touch and you will keep us informed about the baby.

This parrot were registered here with the number 05J328748541M , and came with all necessary papers needed including the microchip identification with the microchip number ISO 10586 recorded on the Immunization certificates ,our veterinarians also have to conduct another tests to be sure of her health,all was fine and MEDICATION PAPERS where all accurate,the test have been conducted and the parrot is free from such illnesses that may attack other animals like (dogs& cats).So as for now the parrot is now ready for delivery . Below therefore are the details under which she registered the parrot , and we will like you to confirm these details as well so we be sure we are on the right tract .

Sir/Madam in accordance with our delivery by-laws; we will like you to confirm these details , as well as pay the said funds ; as far as the delivery of your parrot will be concern. Hence funds which you are suppose to pay are to be paid to our Head office Payment department in Cameroon , since we are involved in national and international delivery of pets and other animals and as such all financial transaction of such type have to be confirmed by our Cashier in service at our payment department since you are not paying the money directly to our office here in Alaska before delivery.All documents and payment receipt have to be confirmed and processed here before delivery proceeds . .
