My husband and I decided to purchase a serval cat. We answered an ad that was on Busy Direct. That was our first mistake! I have listed the persons name and address who SCAMED us below:

Everything was going great until it came time to ship the kitten. Then we recieved this message from the courier:

The Delivery company will be held responsible for all damages, should in case anything happens to this kitten (Binky) during their journey to XXX (SDF) Airport, XX.
The Pet Insurance Authority at the Aberdeen (ABZ) Airport will only allow this kitten to be flown to the USA this afternoon, if a REFUNDABLE INSURANCE FEE of €1800.00 EUR is paid to the Insurance Head Department of the Airport Insurance Authority Accountant Douala Cameroon. This money will serve as a temporal guarantee for this Kitten, until they are delivered successfully to Louisville (SDF) Airport by our delivery agent. This money is 100% Refundable to you at the time of Pickup either in Cash or any other form you prefer. You will need to present your a Valid ID to received the €1800.00 EURO in CASH from our agent.
This is beneficial to you because in case of any accident, theft or lost during the transportation of these Pets, our insurance company will compensate you immensely for all expenditures you made in collaboration with the JK INSURANCE COMPANY. My wife and i wanted a Husky, and she climes to have been from here, the e-mail she used was Lizacassareno@Gmail.com, and told us she was from Taegu. now she posted the add on a LOCAL adoption site and we replied, she than told us that she is so sorry she just transfered to Cameroon... (YA that place again.) so not knowing what i got in to, i continued to try to get my puppy.. sent 250.00 US to her "Agency" using Code? as the code and 999 as the pin. than there was shipping issues, the puppy was stuck in an airport in London and they were getting charged, so we panicked, here was a nice laddie helping us get our pup and she was getting charged 250 every day it was stuck at this airport, so she told us the insurance was 2200.00US OMG NO i told her, and explained that even if we did have the money theirs no way we can afford that, so she helped us out being the kind laddie she was, she fronted 1500.00US to the insurance and we provided the other 700.00US THAN i goggled her and found all the scam's! i was in shock.. and very angry. i confronted her and she defended her self to the last bit. i childishly had MY way with the conversation (Keeping a sense of humor ) after all i knew i wasn't getting my money back so **** IT... the ending was the truth in her words as quoted below.

so thats just a little of the jest of the story bout how u tossed an unintended donation to some thieving low-life scum!

I have filed a complaint with IC3 and would gladly file more if i knew ware to send them, , and also i have no intentions of leaving these people alone, I'm still very angry (with a feeling of stupidity) at these people and getting a bit of joy out of bothering them.
