The domain was recently registered which tells you its a scam as no real Russian refinery would have just popped up in the last year!

This is supposed to be a large Refinery purchased by RosNeft, and the OFFICIAL one is, http://www.anhk-rosneft.ru/?url=product, it only takes 10 minutes of research to find out a little bit about a company.
So this Russian refinery has a Domain that has only been valid since 2012 and is owned by an Indian dude living in London.
