2. Seller will revert with Draft Contract address to buyer company
3. Buyer signs the each page of full Draft contract return to Seller
4. Seller register and legalized the full Draft Contract to the Russian ministry and address a copy of register and legalized Draft Contract to the Buyer company
5.Seller will issue full proof of product(POP) to the buyer company via (courier service).
6.Buyer's Bank opens MT799 POF to seller's bank within two days of the receiving and confirmation of the full proof of the product(POP)
7.The seller will issue 2% PB to buyer’s bank within 72 hours of receipt and verification of POF MT799
8.Loading will commence and buyer can visit during loading. Seller will advise on timeline at that time.
9.Seller commence loading and shipment on confirmation of the Proof of Funds
10.Buyer makes payment by 100% (Non Transferable LC) to the seller. Payment for each shipment shall be made at the load, against presentation of the Bill of Lading, certification of SGS / CCIC/CIQ and other documentation, inherent to the shipment
