Upon due verification of your identification documents by the Malaysian High Court of Justice and the Malaysian police department, further instructions have been provided in pursuance of the Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation from the Malaysian High Court of Justice and entry security clearance identification certificates from the Royal Malaysian Police.

For your perusals we have attached the entry proforma invoice and entry chart form issued by the Malaysian police authorities.
