Considering the lost of your puppies, our company will like to offer you this proposal for the Refunds of all expenses incurred as well as compensation for the life of your puppies. According to the law governing pet transportation, our company is to take care of any charges for all the refunds and compensation funds in regards to the death of your puppies of which failure to comply, you have got the right to sue our company to court. Puppies where mortality life insured with us by the Continental Airline Pet Delivery Department.
According to our company insurance policy you will be compensated with the sum of 15,000USD being that for the lost a puppy. Since the insurance coverage is for two puppies, you will be compensated the total sum of $30,000USD for the lost of your puppies. As of your refunds, all statistics have been analyzed and we are going to be refunding you the sum
Of $3850.00 USD being money for the total expenses and payments made to the Continental Airline in regards to the transportation and other paper works of the puppies. So you are listed as a beneficiary to the total sum of 33,850.00USD being the compensation fee for the death of the puppies and all the total cost and expenses which has to be refunded.
Terms and Conditions:
-Beneficiary is to go through the proposal form and if any amendments are to be made, our Company is to be notified.
-Beneficiary will have to provide us with a scan copy of the driver license or ID card, as Identification documents before the company can carry out the transfer of payment directly to Him/Her.
-Payment will be made via Western Union Wire Transfer Service since we have this unit here at our company responsible for such transaction and the Beneficiary will confirm the fee immediately using full details on the identification documents of the beneficiary with provided codes for transfer by our company.
-Beneficiary will have to take care of transfer charges once payment has been made by the Company and verified upfront.
-Considering the fact that the Beneficiary is the prospective owner of the puppies, he/she will be entitle to the refunds and compensation funds.

-Signing of the proposal and accepting to the term and condition required that the transaction be kept confidential, between all parties in collaboration.
Validity for proposal:
This proposal is valid from the 23rd of March 2013 to the 30th March 2013. So the Beneficiary is to go through is proposal and get back to us for any amends if required.
Notification:
If all parties in collaboration have agreed on the terms of this proposal, the beneficiary is to Print and Sign out against the space below for Beneficiary at the bottom left of this document.
Beneficiary is to return a scan copy of the sign contract for us to take it forth for approval at the Ministry Of Pet And Livestock Transportation.
Once the senior state associate officer provides approval, the transfer of funds will be carried out within 3 hours after approval at the Ministry Of Pet And Livestock Transportation.
