The writer of this article is trying to claim that scammers send their emails out according to IP addresses, and other members are arguing with him there. I of course posted to prove otherwise

Hahahaha ... I am shocked. Those pretty pictures of nice little empty internet cafes must not have been taken in Lagos. They couldn't stand the loss of revenue for even an afternoon. I tried to find a way to make a comment, but there was none from my view. Drat.
