Let me be the first to congratulate Big Al on his becoming our new mod in training. It's been an absolute joy to watch his growth here over the past year, so we're all thrilled to be able to make him the latest member of our forum staff. Now, please give him a little time to get used to the ropes before bombarding him with difficult questions
