Impact: One or more of your servers with us will be powered off during this
maintenance window.

COMMENTS:
On Thursday, October 31st, between 7:30 a.m. and 12 noon PDT (1430 - 1900 UTC),
we will be performing power maintenance in our Irvine datacenter. During this
maintenance window, the Dual Xeon L5420 servers listed below will need to be
powered off for up to 45 minutes. The maintenance schedule will be as follows
for the server IDs listed below:

Server IDs #3401 - 3440: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. PDT (1430 - 1515 UTC)
Server IDs #3441 - 3480: 8:15 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. PDT (1515 - 1600 UTC)
Server IDs #3481 - 3520: 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. PDT (1600 - 1645 UTC)
Server IDs #3521 - 3560: 9:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. PDT (1645 - 1730 UTC)
Server IDs #3561 - 3600: 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. PDT (1730 - 1815 UTC)
Server IDs #3641 - 3680: 11:15 a.m. - 12 noon PDT (1815 - 1900 UTC)

Your server will be cleanly powered down prior to maintenance, and rebooted after
maintenance is completed. Please note that any services and programs that are not
already configured to start on reboot will need to be manually started following
the maintenance.

Servers not listed in this email will not be affected by this maintenance.

- LA servers: 1 hour sporadic outage.
- NY servers: 1 hour full outage.

COMMENTS:
In our continuing effort to improve and harden our network, we will be upgrading our
networking gear in New York and Amsterdam. The result will be a much stronger global network.

During this period, transport from these locations will be unavailable. Servers in New York will be down during this time.
All servers in LA will be accessible but will potentially experience sporadic outages.

- NYC servers: Up to 10 minute full outage.
- Remote protection services: Up to 10 minute sporadic outage.
- All other services: No impact expected.

COMMENTS:
In our continuing efforts to improve and harden our network, we will be upgrading our
networking gear in our New York location.

Dedicated servers in New York will experience up to a 10-minute loss in connectivity
during this maintenance.

Remote protection services may experience brief periods of increased latency for the
duration of this maintenance.

No impact is expected to services in other locations.

Expect some possible downtime on the 4th and 6th of Feb as the host does some maintenance work.

START: Monday, March 10th, 10 a.m. PST (1800 UTC)
END: Monday, March 10th, 3:59 p.m. PST (2359 UTC)
Impact:
* Customers with dedicated servers and VPSes in Los Angeles will experience up to 1 hour of intermittent impact during the course of the maintenance.
* Customers with BGP sessions in Los Angeles will experience up to 1 hour of intermittent impact during the course of the maintenance.

COMMENTS:
We will be performing several network upgrades in our Los Angeles point of presence with the aim of increasing the redundancy and capacity of our network.

We expect 10 to 15 minutes of impact as a result of this maintenance, but it may extend up to 1 hour.

Our apologies for the recent downtime. We switched to a new server and it suffered a hard drive failure making the site impossible to access. We're back now on a different server again, and should hopefully have no more issues. Again, we apologise for this and thank you for your patience.
