If they asked you to leave the site/app and go elsewhere, where did they take you?: They tried to bring me to facebook first, but after I couldn't find the name they asked for mine and pretended to not to find me as well. So we went to skype then.

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?: I didn't so anything like that. I just texted to most of my friends on facebook which she would be able to contact Because my privacy level on facebook was pretty high.
Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help prevent someone else from being scammed.: I just regret now that I already paid. Because they promised me to delete the video after paying but then they wanted me to pay more. So they "deleted" the video into the recycling bin. And I think they won't stop asking for more when I pay the next amount...

It is not that easy. We are not the police and not even the real police can track down someone using a name and an IP address.

The scammers use fake names or stolen names.
An Ip address is just a general location and the real IP and location can be spoofed.

-deactivated facebook (even though we never talked there, just instagram and whatsapp)
