Go to be very careful here. The first few chats were consensual and money
transfers were consensual. Then I deleted whatsapp .However she still has
my phone number and within a week started blowing up my phone. At this
point no big deal I just ignored it. Then last night I get a text saying go
check your WhatsApp there's something you should see. HAA HAA HAA. I never
did look. Don't know if I want to. I was stupid to delete the phone number.

I just want to clarify some mistakes I made in the initial report. That was just an email address I sent money to consensually and I assumed this was the same person involved in the scam that occurred later. It was not intentional as my head wasn't right at the time. I'm not 100% sure if this person was involved or not. I deeply apologize to admin staff as I know your time and resources are thin. I blocked contact pretty fast as soon as the first message came through. So it was very hard for me to fill out the form.

Just because the first couple of payments were "consensual," does not make it right that now they blackmail you.
If you sent money to any email account, then they are involved in the scam. So, just relax and follow all the steps.

You guys say not to tell the scammer their on here but what if their name shows up high in search results leading to this page?

Most of them do not even look They are too busy trying to scam others. Plus, most change their details after every successful scam. It is much more important to warn the other potential victims as soon as possible.
