Blocked on Kik.
Blocked on Snapchat.
Deactivated al my social media accounts.

Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help
prevent someone else from being scammed.:
Scammer advertises on omegle. Tries to sell pics/vids/premium snapchat.

Used paypal to 'purchase' the private snapchat for 35USD.

Scammer used a paypal.me link
Scammer also proved they were real by sending a selfie holding a piece of
paper with their username and today's date (same way people verify
themselves on reddit if that helps you visualize it).

Unfortunately I don't have the image or the paypal.me link as I didn't save
them prior to blocking.

Scammer paypal info:
Name - Amanda Jones
Email - Doris.RADorisra28835@gmail.com

Added on snap and exchanged harmless texts. No photos or videos. Scammer
then proceeded to say she represented a blackmail group and had my ip
address, mac address and so on. This is very likely untrue given the nature
of snapchat and kik (also location services on my device are off). The
paypal.me link was not shortened or tagged with a utm code. I was not
redirected from an external server/site then to paypal when clicking. The
link was truly real.

Never used the scammer's phone number.

I believe they acted prematurely in revealing the scam as they have nothing
incriminating. No photos or videos. A few dirty messages but truly nothing
scandalous. That said, given the way paypal works they now have my name and
my email. As such, for safekeeping I've deactivated all my social media
accounts.
