frist 2500€ then i negociated to 150€ but never send any money
What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?:
Remove ONCE perfil, I altered the FB and Instagram status for not to be
possible him put comments or post and all of may FB perfil informations
(and publications) are only visivel to friends.

If anyone asks you for money on the Internet they are always a scammer, 100% of the time.
