What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?:
I blocked them on instagram

Are there any other details you wish to share? Anything you say may help
prevent someone else from being scammed.:
The scammer was extremely aggressive. They started posting link to the
video on facebook and instagram as comments and private messages, including
those of my workplace. I got really scared and foolishly sent them $.

They also initially wanted to move away from Grindr as quickly as possible.
I'm not as familiar with LINE (the chat app they use), so I didn't realize
what they were trying to do.

Unfortunately their Grindr profile was already deleted so I couldn't
retrieve the chat and photos from there.

Unfortunately no, you may not. However, you should go to blackmailscams.com , fill out the scammer form, and then follow all of the steps that you will receive in case you have not yet done that.
