threatening back him with local police whom i know personally so that they
stop following me .

Don't panic they just try to scare you , if they wont be able to contact
you they will stop following you back and they won't post anything and try
to threaten them back with local enforcement if you personally know some.
Do lodge a cyber crime complaint as soon as possible because its very easy
to catch them in india
