They said they would post the video on youtube, twitter, facebook, tf1,
tv5 world, hotmail, msn messenger, france 24, wat tv, dailymotion, planet,
and national geographic

Initially demanded $4,500

No name has been provided as i did not have the money at this time so i
was told thursday next week to do the transfer of 250 every two weeks

MoneyGram

What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?:
No steps have been taken at this current time.

prevent someone else from being scammed.:
The scammer stated that they were 20 years old. They said they are able
to post the video to wherever they want. Examples include Facebook,
YouTube, DailyMotion, The Mediate, the Logs, and television chains with the
help of some software on their computer. I was not given a link to the
video being posted anywhere. They stated the act was illegal according to
the receptive law against perverse effects and that they work with interpol
and said the lieutenant chief of the net division against perverse effects
follows the net.. After being told i dont have the money for the ransom
they requested $800 dollars then $250 every weeks until the $4,500 was
paid. They asked for my email to stay in touch on google hangouts which i
gave and i told them i couldnt find them so they would send me their email
which is carineclaker14@gmail.com.
