He asked my Instagram account I gave it, he taken note of my friends and
said would send the video and upload in YouTube
After that I deactivated my Facebook and Instagram
I sent him the money through PayPal
He asked me to send through "friends and families" private payment, but
that feature is not available in India, so I sent him through "services &
goods"
But then he refunded me back and asked me to pay through private
transaction.
But then I blocked him on hangouts
