I deleted all messages once they send they video of me

I have deleted and deactivated Facebook, Instagram and what’s app

prevent someone else from being scammed.:
They threatened me on what’s app, with the video coming through first.
I deleted it straight away and didn’t open the other messages and deleted
the whole app. They contacted me through Instagram again but I deleted the
my account with the message unread. They send the video to my girlfriend on
Instagram.
