I can tell you a few things from my experience: 1) nothing ever came of it. Nobody ever saw the video. 2) I hardly think about it anymore 3) it did teach me some good lessons. I can't answer all your questions, but I can assure you at lease from my experience that nothing happened. In fact, I have not found one person who actually had their videos sent. And why would they? It just increases their risk without any chance of a reward.
