Im being scammed by someone from the Ivory Coast but she doesn’t machen to any scammer on here. She has a webcam video of me and wants to send it to my friends via Instagram. She showed me a picture of my friendliest... is she really going to send it if I don’t pay? I followed the guide and cancelled the transaction but he talked to me and told me to send it today. I was so stupid to talk to him for a longer time and send him prove of me trying to send money but it didn’t worked. Now I blocked him and deleted my social media but he still has my friends list. What can I Do?

No, you did not follow all the steps here. How did he contact you? Email? Change your email address, too. Phone? Change your phone number. Social media? Delete your social media account.

No, they very rarely do. The chances of them posting a video is LESS if you do not pay, but close down all social media.
If you pay them, it encourages them to continue to harass you. Follow all the steps to cut them off from all contact.

I found this page after I talked to him. After that I followed all the steps and deleted all of the things you mentioned. Right now I’m working on changing my email.

Oke, thank you very much. I just hope he doesn’t send anything to my Instagram friends even though I deleted my account. Do you know if they probably have all my Instagram friends? He showed me two screenshots of like 14 of my insta friends but not more and he didn’t follow them. You think he also has the rest? Because if he wants to send them my pictures he needs to type in every single username.

Nope, they probably do not have all your friends. It's just a scare tactic to make you pay him. They do not intend to send to anyone.
