What steps, if any, have you already taken to block the scammer?:
I contacted the police department in my city. I will know more about my
"case" in 5-6 days when they react. They told me they can contact
"interpol" so Russian "interpol" can do further steps but police officer
told me that Russians are rejecting 90% "cases" from countries which are in
European Union. I also have new phone number but I am keeping my old phone
number so I can have evidence against that person.

prevent someone else from being scammed.:
This person did not demand any money from me. This person demanded only to
be in "relationship" with her. She began to behave like psycho to me shortly after relationship starts. When I wanted to break up nicely, she told she will do suicide (she ended up in hospital). I believe this person wanted to move from
Russia to European Union and to get citizenship of my country. I have been
blackmailed from Katerina in way if I don't accept relationship, she will
send my "intimate" or "private" photos to my parents, colleagues from work
and other people who knows me. When I don't answer on a phone, she is calling me constantly until I reply her. When I tried to block her number, she was getting 6-7 other numbers so she can contact me and continue to blackmail me. As I know, she is 21. and medicine student from Novosibirsk.
Now I am not sure if this person sent any of my photos because I deleted
Facebook, Instagram and other social medias where she can find me.
